In TNG Digital, I work on executing strategic ideas to create an ecosystem within the TNG eWallet app for optimal user experience. Some of my focus areas include Travel, Gaming, Mobility, and Ticketing.

I manage and grow the Gaming vertical in Boost Life with strategies targeting growth and retention with focus on our key partners. I also assist in strategising for new and interesting ways to tie-in various products together for a wholistic user experience.Some of my achievements include- planning and launching Google Play direct billing with Boost- increasing sales and transactions for key gaming partners up to 40%- introducing new mechanics and ideas to entice new users, encourage retransactions, and inspire loyalty

My focus areas include commercials, negotiating and acquiring selected vendors / merchants for specific products, creating new lines of products and the groundwork for them, and generally oversee the reporting documents across AirAsia Fresh. I work closely with managers across AirAsia Fresh to ensure all operations run smoothly with our business goals while tracking performance to reach the optimum outcome.Some of my achievements include:- Creating automated, comprehensive dashboards for my vertical used for major decision making; cutting across any areas required (e.g. orders, users, GMV, items sold, promotions, deliveries, etc)- Creating pricing models for AirAsia Fresh Packs- Launching AirAsia Fresh Packs into the market in Feb 2021- Managing several projects and delivering them successfully

Lead generation, negotiation, and closing are some of my main tasks in this role. I took the initiative to setup a simple working file for my team to use as a temporary CRM while engaging in day-to-day activities. I’ve also did my own market segmentation to identify which merchants / vendors suited our current model at the time better and target them, achieving the best results in the team.Some key efforts during this period include:- Initiative to create a system that helps everyone track and be efficient in handover- Lead generation for entire team; both for Klang Valley and East Malaysia- Highest closing rate among team the team (getting companies to join our platform)- Key accounts include big players in East Malaysia and larger companies in Klang Valley- Created a performance tracker for the team for manager to assess team’s performance periodically

I assist in creating a progressive process flow that eases the overall internal function of the sales teams, while identifying major bottlenecks that may give us a hint on the next big, positive change by looking at form and content.Some of what I do on a daily basis includes:- Create automation for processes and key metrics using data and formulation- Troubleshoot on issues faced by team via data collected- Communicate with CEO and team in agreeing on a common ground for best practices- Lead execution on solutions while collecting feedback for further improvements- Work with Bangkok team in collecting info and standardising processes- Enjoy the process :)
