An experienced leader in agile business transformation. I work closely with C-Suites to shape and implement strategic and tactical change across the business, from technology to mindsets and ways of working. I have worked across industries including media, banking, energy and education, focusing on transforming businesses by aligning on strategic value, winning hearts and minds and understanding the value change can bring. I have led the creation and roll-out of tailored agile change governance models allowing for clear strategic prioritisation of budgets of over £60M. My strengths lie in integrating agile ways of working into organisations, defining Value Streams and implementing OKRs as a way to drive transparency of strategy and clear line-of-sight for organisations. I have recently completed my Executive MBA, focusing on leadership, strategic change and optimising the value that people bring to organisations. Dissertation topic explored and analysed GenZ attitudes and buying behaviours around ethical products with a view to shaping future business strategy.
