Through this position I gained experience in customer service, troubleshooting technological issues, imagining computers, installing internet access points, and utilizing various Microsoft Office products.——A notable project from the summer of 2020 involved traveling to classrooms across the campus, measuring them, and then digitally recreating them as models to determine how they should be set up for COVID-19 Prevention Protocols. This also included installing 360° cameras compatible with Zoom for students who opted for online courses.——During the summer of 2021, I had a similarly notable project of digitizing where each internet access point was located in the dorm buildings, as well as replacing the devices that were out-of-date.
