I am a passionate and business professional with over 20years experience in the movie distribution and exhibition sector of the entertainment landscape.As the head of cinema operations and expansion at Nile media entertainment group, i oversee daily operations in all our cinema sites, implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. I monitor and analyses performance metrics, making data - driven decisions to improve operations. Develop and manage budgets for all our cinema locations. As one of the pioneer staff of Silverbird cinemas / distribution, I established the logistics department for both businesses from scratch. This role exposes me to various angle of the business across west Africa. My role involves high level engagement with industry leaders ,regulators and law enforcement officials. To expand my industrial presence, in April 2018, I accepted the offer to join Grand cinemas as Business development manager. This job involve bringing the black box to a fully operational cinemas in 90 days. This task was achieved in record time of 72 days. Grand cinemas received movie goers for the first time on 1st July 2018. In quest for more professional responsibility, I also accepted part time offer as Senior manager at Rainbow motion pictures limited . My roles in the company is to work with other colleagues to champion a new course in the creative space. Over the years, I have learnt and acquire the right disposition to set up, lead and manage a wining team with the right spirit to deliver expected result.
