My father Bernie started as a salesman for Barr's Jewelers in Philadelphia for 3 years but found an opportunity to become a manufactures representative.For 40 years he sold fine jewelry and watchbands to retail jewelers. As time went on he started buying and selling merchandise from jewelers, wholesalers and manufacturers. In my teenage years I would spend time watching him at work. I took all his teachings and applied them when I got older. After college I opened a retail jewelry store and also was a manufacturers rep. Both of these experiences validated my interest in the industry but my talents and interests lay elsewhere. I began to go to trade shows, auctions and estate sales and knew this is the area of the business I wanted to be in.

I run this location with the support of a wonderful team and family who has been around for over 100 years. My responsibilities include buying Diamonds, Jewelry, Precious metals, Watches, Coins, Flatware… I work with the general public and guide them through the process of selling there valuables. We take an awkward situation for the customer and turn it into a pleasant experience. Most people enjoy finding out what there stuff is worth. The office has been very successful even with the pandemic. We were still able to service our customers at a high level.

Our goal was to make them feel comfortable and the transaction smooth. Whether they were going through a divorce, disposing of an estate or just liquidating. Number two was Buying & Selling to people engaged in the Jewelry trade. We dealt with Jewelers, Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Insurance Companies, Estate Lawyers & Auction houses. They came to us to find great deals and to sell there merchandise at fair prices. Our goal was to give the trade a professional, reliable and trustworthy place to do business. We have worked very hard at this and were successful for over 30 years.
