Manage a team of over 15 staff including engineers, inspectors and administration assistants and over 50 contractor employees. All projects are being constructed in an operating right of way requiring an in-depth knowledge in BART’s OR&P, CPUC GO 175, FRA CFR 213, BART Book 3/Book 36 and Book 425 as well as in-depth understanding of AREMA standards. My knowledge and coordination span across all disciplines including Transportation Planning, Operations, System Safety, Civil, Structural, Track, Mechanical, Traction Power, Train Control and Grounds. Below is highlight of some of my key projects and involvement administration assistants in addition to consultants supporting design. A few key highlighted projects are shown below:K Line Interlocking Renewal (15CQ-008) – Directly managing and aiding design effort for the roughly $150 million K Line Interlocking Renewal Project which includes the replacement of 32 mainline switches, new standard track and associated traction power appurtenances, new 34.5KV infrastructure, and new wayside train control.C35 Interlocking Renewal (15CQ-110) – Resident Engineer serving as district representative for the execution of this $13.2 million Interlocking renewal project which includes enabling works, track renewal and Traction Power and Train Control wayside renewalRail Procurement (15CQ-200A) – Directly managing and administering the RR Funded $20 million Rail Procurement contract supplying the district with over 10000 tons of running rail and special trackwork components over the next 5 years. Oversee and act as approving authority for all materials accepted including plant inspections.
