About Samuel Spence
I have over nine years of experience working in a suite of customer-facing roles, gathering an arsenal of experience and skills along the way. I've been fortunate enough to work with (and for) every major force within a small technology organization- from implementations, to support, to account management, to development, to sales, and currently as a solutions engineer for both the sales and customer success departments. Most of my time at Contract Logix has seen me taking on responsibilities far beyond that of the usual role in order to make the company successful. My customer portfolios have continually been some of the most important to the business. At a certain point during my time as Customer Success Manager, I was responsible for over 50% of total customer revenue.
