I had the opportunity to redesign two hospital administrative interfaces into a single web platform that would be adaptable to mobile in the future, address usability issues that plagued the current system, and support additional personas. We expanded the capabilities of the platform through creative use of design mechanisms and stayed consistent with.

In this small startup, I was the sole UX Researcher and Architect and often times product manager, as well. The product direction, offering, and sometimes architecture would change at the drop of a hat and we'd need to pivot. The executive team really pushed for innovation and creative designs. Working with two visual designers, we designed multiple.

During my time at Piksel, I worked as a UX Researcher and Designer, paired with a visual designer, to deliver creative, consumer-friendly designs for AT&T U-verse's website. All designs needed to be responsive and/or adaptive based on screen size, depending on the site. We designed everything from Search, movie and show detail pages, to live streaming.

I was most recently the lead UX design engineer on our Appliance solutions and Email security solution where I collaborated closely with engineers and product managers. I assisted with requirements capture, diagramming user flows, designing information architecture, low fidelity and high fidelity mock ups. I've worked on the visual design and graphics in.

I worked in two labs doing research in relation to cognition and learning to enhance how we can design for the mind. I worked with eye tracking software to test kids and adults alike. I have also worked with prototyping and testing various forms of instruction across subjects.
