I would also update our Facebook page, with positive customer comments (of course, replying to any negative comments in a timely and effective manner), photos of customers on handover/collection, and regular special offers and updates from Volkswagen UK. I also updated our Twitter page. This brought in a massive amount of outside custom and interest in our centre.I’ve was also given the ‘Brand Maker’ role at Volkswagen for the centre. This meant I had been recognised by management and Volkswagen UK for delivering exemplary customer service, and I had to report any good customer service that I saw any of the staff deliver at our retailer, to our main Brand Maker site. This helped spread the word, and will eventually help Volkswagen meet their customer satisfaction target in the UK.
