Numerical solutions were done using computer software.Data Integration: Data for different atoms including copper, aluminum, titanium, silver, gold, copper silver alloy were downloaded from a public repository. The downloaded data was fitted into the obtained matrices (using least squares) to numerically estimate interatomic potential parameters. The potential parameters were used for numerical simulations of the nonlinear ODEs and PDEs through different built-in algorithms in Mathematica and Mathcad.Project Management: Developed timelines for research projects and ensured that the research team worked within the timeframes to meet the deadlines. Trained and mentored graduate students. Assisted their advisors by validating proposed mathematical analysis, pre-edited and extensively proofread their research papers.
