Continuous involvement with E-commerce improving data and analytics ways of working, driving projects ranging from improvements in the extraction, transformation and exploration of all UK & Ireland E-commerce data, working with category teams to understanding long-term trends, retailer and brand behaviours and infer from our data.Developed and implemented a range of traditional and machine learning methodologies such as ARIMA for brand forecasting and a range of LSTM's for category forecasting as part of an E2E ML pipeline.

As part of my MSc thesis titled "Label free segmentation for live-cell tracking using deep learning" I worked within the GSK Bioimaging deep learning research group under Minh Doan. Implementing end-to-end pipeline for instance segmentation. Addressing challenges in training data generation through transfer learning and improving out of sample performance using curriculum learning. Improved automation for instance segmentation and object tracking for label-free time-lapse cellular microscopy, using a combination of Generative Adversarial Network and Mask R-CNN algorithms.

Deep-learning for Microscopy Image Analysis course. Providing knowledge and support across a broad spectrum of computer vision domains. Designing exercises to enable attendees to understand both the theory and how to apply SOTA generative modelling approaches to image translation on their own use cases.
