I currently work as the Retiree and Medicare Specialist at MIIA always striving to provide superior service to all stakeholders, whether it is a town administrator or retiree, who may contact me. Any relationship between me and a client is based on trust and reliability so they know I will assist them and solve any issue.I particularly have an interest explaining benefits to clients to make sure they are clearly understood. Whenever I correspond with a retiree, it is very important for me to clearly explain any insurance changes to them so the person knows they are taken care of as if they were a member of my own family.I have an interest in health policy which allows me to leverage my ability to research the employee benefits field, specifically the Commonwealth of Massachusetts municipal and school insurance market. To increase my knowledge, I follow health care and benefits policy updates from publications such as CommonWealth Magazine, Modern Healthcare, Health Affairs, and the Kaiser Family Foundation.I always strive to go above and beyond helping a company achieve their desired results while believing everyone deserves excellent customer service.
