My work is at the interface between social sciences and computer science. I design theoretical models with the ambition of combining the power of formal tools with the depth of ground research. My main topics are social interactions, learning and collaborative dynamics, forms and discourses emergences in networks, and the digitalization of living intangible heritage. I started with a PhD about the Theory of Interaction and the geometrical turn in theoretical computer science, under the supervision of the mathematician Jean-Yves Girard and the philosopher Pierre Livet. Then I worked on pragmatics, semantics of dialogues and the speech acts theory. I was also founding member of the LIGC group (Logic and Interaction: towards a cognitive geometry) and the LOCI group (Locativity and interactivity in computer science, linguistics and social sciences). Social Entrepreneurship I led several innovative projects, which are now part of the "Résurgences Group". In 2002, I founded a "social learning organization" employing every year 35 people in social and professional integration in the digital/data sector. This structure has prefigured, along with others, the model of "social inclusion by digital training" now promoted by public policies as a radical novelty. I then created a R&D unit dedicated to digital humanities and social complex systems, which carried out numerous projects in connection with social innovation projects, academic research programs, contemporary art centers, at local, national or international level. I finally co-founded a social enterprise specialized in knowledge engineering and digital transition, which provides organizational intelligence and scalable evaluation services for companies and public partners.
