During Samuels time as a trainee at Forefront, he underwent an intensive and multifaceted program that spanned over a year and a half. His primary focus was to create value for his costumers along with on enhancing his skills in IT management consulting and building a broad experiential foundation.Samuel had the opportunity to engage in various assignments with our clients, which provided him with hands-on work experience and exposure to diverse businesses and challenges. Throughout his trainee period, he had the chance to assume different roles, including project manager, process mapper, and market analyst. This diversity in tasks contributed to his ability to adapt to varying situations and develop a holistic understanding of IT management and consulting. A pivotal aspect of the program was also the weekly training sessions, where he gained insights from experts in areas such as personal effectiveness, workshop facilitation, rhetoric, IT strategy, as well as requirements and testing management, to name a few.

As Vice President, Samuel was part of the organisation's management team and Board of Directors, and was ultimately responsible for the operational and strategic activities of the organisation as a whole, reporting to the organisation's full Council. He had the additional responsibility of being the main person in charge of the organisation's core business, namely educational monitoring, where Samuel represented 4,200 students and had daily contact with the highest decision makers of the University and the School of Economics, representing the interests of the organisation in committees, working groups and the Board of the School of Economics. He also had daily contact and pursued educational policy with other organisations in Lund at a local level as well as organisations from other universities at a national level.

Samuel served on the organization's council for two terms representing two years. As a councillor, he was responsible for setting the organisation's long-term strategic goals, budget and recruiting the project leaders for the organisation's 25+ different committees and commissions.

As HR Coordinator at the largest business, economics and IT job fair in the Nordic region, Samuel was responsible for the recruitment and training of the fair's committee members and workers. With the Covid-19 pandemic, Samuel was instrumental in transforming the job fair for the first time into a fully digital job fair, which required a lot of innovation and digital tools

Samuel was in daily contact with the bank's customers and ensured the smooth running of the organisation's day-to-day operations. Through his work, he gained a broad understanding of the financial industry and developed his experience in customer service and problem solving.

Samuel was ultimately responsible for the activities of the Education Committee at Lund School of Economics. The tasks included project management and recruitment of the committee members. In total, Samuel was responsible for a committee of 20 members and had daily contact with stakeholders at the School of Economics but also with the LundaEconomera board and management. In addition to the continuous daily work of educational monitoring and representation, the committee organised several events and information gatherings.
