 Lead a team of senior specialists to successfully reach business targets. Supervise dialer operations to maximize agent productivity.  Provide management over all aspects of inbound and outbound operations (Service levels, Staffing, CMS monitoring). Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local laws and regulations.  Drive strategies to improve contact rates and overall collection effectiveness. Collaborate with multiple business groups regarding dialer operations.

 Receive inbound calls from customers to verify transactions on accounts while completing fraud reports when necessary. Make tactical decisions based on data in order to prevent fraud. Communicate with Risk and Strategy teams as needed to prevent losses or report trends. Approve/Decline credit applications based on underwriting procedures.
