Led 10 administrative specialist in the areas of task, resource and time management in addition to providing manpower and human resources advice to supervisors and managers of adjacent departments. Additionally, provided customer service support for over 1,000 Marines and Sailors within 1st Marine Logistics Group and assisted in combat and deployment readiness for subordinate and adjacent units. Assisted in the interpretation of military orders and manuals. Oversaw the forms management programs, personnel strength reporting, processing awards and decorations for over 100 Marines and sailors. Recognized for hard work and promoted.

Provided Engineering support and troubleshooting for over 250 Marines and Sailors of 6th Engineer Support Battalion, coordinated 2-3 engineering support projects per month with 3-4 adjacent units comprising of roughly 200 personnel each. Establish generator and auxiliary for 5-10 major exercises per year and assist in constructing Forward Operating Bases that include camps, sanitation stations and field kitchens within Marine Corps and local regulations. During this time, various communities within the Marine Corps, Navy and Army were supported to include Combat, Engineering and Logistics units during field and garrison training.

Worked with engineers and customers both nationally and internationally to fulfill order requirements and provide technical support and repair for radiation measuring devices. Aided Supervisors in the acquisition of electrical, mechanical and wood working supplies necessary for daily tasks and work requests, ensuring that purchases were within budget constraints.

Ensured daily conduct of hazardous training was done in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. Conducted daily proper clean up and disposal of hazardous materials to include lead, cordite and sulfur. Aided in the safe conduct of live fire ranges for law enforcement and military personnel.
