Joining a national firm, Sam operated as Principal Consultant across the east coast of Australia embarking on successful high-profile assignments, whilst building the company brand. Sam combined this experience and knowledge to establish a boutique professional recruitment and executive search firm, consistently delivering executive search processes, consulting, large scale client in-house projects and professional recruitment services for clients across multiple sectors, ranging from ASX listed, multi-nationals, NGO’s and SME’s.
