As the founder and head of digital at Heads on Pillows and Artemis Digital, I lead two specialised digital marketing agencies that help clients increase their brand awareness, online presence, and sales. With industry experience, digital marketing trends, and technology, I deliver tailored and effective strategies that suit each client's specific needs and goals.I have a master's degree in management (finance) from the University of Melbourne - Melbourne Business School and a bachelor's degree in business (entrepreneurship) from RMIT University. I am passionate about learning new ways to assist my clients and constantly update my skills and knowledge in marketing communications, customer relationship management (CRM), and social media marketing. I have also been recognised as the Young Business Person of the Year for two consecutive years by the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, and as a nominee and winner of the Small Business of the Year award. I have a particular expertise in the tourism sector, where I have helped numerous accommodation, tours, and experiences providers increase their direct bookings and revenue.
