My first business was a lemonade stand positioned at the intersection of my parent's house. The target market was the neighbor’s construction workers, and with a highly-motivated younger sibling staff and a loving mother for supervision, I achieved my first sales success. At university, I applied myself, receiving honors and scholarships in the CSUF Entrepreneurship Business program. Having the opportunity to speak to many business executives and startup owners I'd ask what they would focus on if they were back in college, and they unanimously replied soft skill development. Since college, I've accumulated sales, marketing, and operations experience in multiple industries. Always striving for innovation through collaboration, achieving targets on budget and on time.
