Responsible for the inception, development and rollout of engaging tour experiences; connecting teams at Amazon with their customers and target audiences.· Co-led development of Amazon Future Engineer Virtual Tours - A highly rated educational deep-dive into STEM careers with an aim to inspire the next generation of computer scientists. · Produced an adaptable framework for cross-business teams to build and host their own virtual fulfilment centre events.· Managed employee transition of virtual tour delivery platforms, including testing, product development, curriculum planning, training material creation, training, coaching and auditing.· Developed tour products to engage respective audiences of specific internal partners (Public Policy, Recruitment, Vendors/Sellers, Employees)

Supporting Amazon’s COVID-19 community relief program. Responsible for product donations to UK charities and community initiatives in the first year of the pandemic, as well as providing support to the wider Ops-Communities team.· Built and managed a process to connect 75 UK operational facilities to local charities, source and purchase vital items requested by the organisations and coordinate delivery, photography and social media posts to promote the initiative. · Built and delivered a festive employee-friends/family engagement activity in partnership with Magic Breakfast, generating high levels of employee engagement across the UK operations network. · Coordinated and produced Amazon in the Community internal comms material to celebrate charitable activity across the operations network.· Designed a robotics activity kit and provided training for training NHS play specialists at Addenbrookes Hospital to coincide with a donation of STEM equipment for children hospitalised with chronic illnesses.· Supported Amazon In The Community’s Right Now Needs campaign, alleviating the needs of national charity partners through cash and product donations.

Responsible for the local-level implementation of Amazon’s newly expanded fulfilment centre tours program, leading a team of internal volunteers to promote Amazon as a good employer.· Spearheaded the implementation of two weekly British Science Association accredited workshops for primary school children on the themes of robotics and logistics. Contributed to the curriculum, produced classroom materials and trained leaders to deliver the sessions.· Developed, implemented and delivered engaging, public-facing tours of the Amazon fulfilment process, with the goal to promote transparency and soften the public perception of Amazon as an employer. · Supported the wider implementation of fulfilment centre tours across the UK and Europe· Played integral development role in pivoting Amazon’s in-person tour offering to a pandemic-friendly, virtual setting. · Planned and delivered one-off engagement activities in partnership with Barnardo’s, the Institute of Engineering and Technology and Addenbrooke’s Hospital.· Marketed fulfilment centre tours to local schools, businesses, charities and organisation.

Responsible for the development and delivery of training materials at a local, regional and European level for Amazon warehouse employees of all levels.· Designed, implemented and delivered EU training materials for a range of internal disciplines; from lower risk production roles to high-risk processes, such as vehicle management and problem-solving system tools. Training materials developed across a range of approaches; lectures, hands-on, video/animation, games etc.· Planned and oversaw the manager process training for Amazon’s first Australian operational facility.· Training and coaching shop-floor instructors to deliver EU standard training.· Face of the business, inducting, training and assessing thousands of new employees, often in groups of 100+.
