- B2B communication to align production needs and material supply;- Management of 11 suppliers from 6 different European countries in SAP SD/MM;- Owner of multiple Continuous Improvement efforts and automation leader for both office and shopfloor-related processes, taking part from project initial concepts to final implementation of files and tools in Excel VBA and SAP;- Studies for warehouse management, risk assessment for lowering stock volumes;- KPI tracking and Master Data analysis.

- Troubleshoot implementation of On-Surf prototype project for data acquisition in order to sensor plastic injection molds;- Research in the context of NanoStim project, in which sensors and electrodes shall be used for the treatment of patients with leg muscular damage for a quicker muscular recovery.

Responsible for 40 members of the team and the restructuring of people and project's management, selective process for new members, financing planning, and bureaucratic duties. Also entitled to represent the team in official events and provide a common goal for both Mechanical and Electrical sectors of the team, ensuring internal communication between members, professors, and sponsors.

Led other 6 members of the team to develop a project of a complete sensing system for a high-efficiency electric car aiming to monitor its real-time behavior on track.
