I am a recent MBA graduate with over 6 years experience in fintech (bitcoin) and hospitality. I have always been fascinated by decision-making and entrepreneurship.I worked in - and cofounded - startups in the Caribbean fintech space; I worked towards financial inclusivity in underbanked areas. At Bitt, we built consumer wallets, merchant solutions, and one of the earliest applications of Central Bank Digital Currencies. I also established a bitcoin mine in Trinidad and Tobago, where I learned the intricacies and challenges of entrepreneurship, including adaptability, problem-solving, project management, decision making, and collaboration. I honed these skills and developed client-facing skills at The Grape Vine Ltd. My family's hospitality business. At The Grape Vine, I engaged in strategic planning and business growth. I learned how to better communicate within a family business and align expectations on what the business means to stakeholders.At my MBA, I expanded my theoretical knowledge in classes which gave me a different perspective on my previous experiences. I applied these new perspectives on projects with Expedia and 3xP.
