As a sales representative at Environmental Air Specialties, Inc. (EAS), I use my active listening and communication skills to provide solutions for customers' indoor air quality needs. I have been working at EAS for eight months, after graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BS in Political Science and Government. Before joining EAS, I was a civic initiative program team leader at UMass Donahue Institute and the U.S. Department of State, where I coordinated and facilitated educational and cultural exchange programs for international visitors. I have a passion for promoting civic engagement and intercultural dialogue, and I apply my presentation and leadership skills to any role I am in.
