The CAAPS (Carolina Awareness on Alcohol Policies and Safety) class equips undergraduates with the information they need to make intelligent decision when drinking alcohol, and promotes a safe and nonjudgmental environment to review and examine their choices.Duties include the following: manage the CAAPS class for the University of South Carolina; schedule class rooms and instructors; manage class rosters; follow-up with sanctions; develop and revise curriculum; facilitate mandated CAAPS class to first time offenders of university's alcohol policy; recruit and train fellow HESA graduate student as CAAPS facilitators; compile assessment data for office blueprint

Supervised a team of 10 Resident Assistants over the course of the summer in their responsibilities over high school residents.Created professional development plans for each member of my team.Collaborated with 7 other intern staff members, and 5 professional staff members in creating team building, staff training, and event management plans.

Emerson College's Orientation program is a unique event that does not operate on a typical summer model. In both the Fall and Winter, students arrive approximately one week before classes being for Orientation. As the Orientation Chair, I supervised a staff of 7 other paraprofessional student Core Staff members in visualizing and actualizing all aspects of both Winter and Fall Orientation programs, as well as the Orientation Leader and Core Staff recruitment process.

Operate Rides and attend to guests in a Safe, Fun, Fast, and Clean manner.

Maintain Fitness Center. Refill cups, shampoo, water, and paper towels as needed. Clean equipment and monitor usage as needed.

Referee athletic contest. Also help maintain the general flow of the contest during and after.

Maintained lawns by mowing, maintaining irrigation system, and trimming trees. Also maintained garage and trucks which were used.
