My experience at Kirby allowed me to develop strong skills in sales and customer communication. I honed my ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations tailored to the needs of each client. I learned how to build trust and establish long-term relationships by always putting the customer first.As part of my role, I also took on responsibilities in HR and recruitment, conducting between 50 to 100 interviews per week. The selection of candidates was a critical part of the process, and I ensured that we recruited individuals who aligned with the company’s values and goals. My efforts in recruitment and talent acquisition played a significant role in strengthening the team.Additionally, I managed and organized my schedule, which enhanced my planning and time-management skills. I mastered the art of overcoming objections and presenting the value of a product in a way that leads to successful deals. Teamwork was also a key part of my success—I actively exchanged experiences and best practices with colleagues to achieve shared goals.For my exceptional achievements, I was honored by the President of the company with an award for excellence.
