•In Charged with Unplanned Maintenance (corrective) and Planned Preventive Maintenance in acknowledging Computerized Maintenance Management System for all verbal, written and electronic sent work order and sets as a point of interface in between end user and maintenance staff for all communication regarding facility maintenance concerns. •Generate, segregate, dispatch, system closure and file work order for future reference. • Random check in communicating with end user with repair status and their satisfactions. •Monitoring repetitive complaint and follow up with concerned trade. •Periodic statistical report for all maintenance activities, accomplishment and its efficiencies. •Store and purchase requisition for spare parts or materials needed. •Working with Central Control Monitoring System in building management regarding Fire Alarm, Air-condition, Elevators, etc.•CMMS Organizer: AssetPlus is a GE oracle product a CMMS used in monitoring maintenance activities. Having the training and being technically knowledgeable, it was my role to: oPrepare information needed to run the computerized system. oUpdates and migrate PPM information from old CMMS to GE Assetplus. oOrganized assets or equipment Preventive Maintenance program, its schedules and checklist. oSupport and educate staff and other departments using the same computerized system. oPM checklist, system information revision and including its work order form was modified into more precise and readable format.
