This program allowed me the opportunity to rotate withing Operations, Asset Management, Commercial Sales, BI, Logistics/Transport, Finance & Programme Management Office.Key Achievements during career:1. Within 6 weeks of being in the Operations divisions, I identified a process improvement opportunity as result leading a Forklift efficiency project resulting in improved forklift efficiency from 93% to 143%, increased in production up to 50%, reducing truck turnaround time from 87 minutes to 60 minutes.2. Within 3 months in the Sales Division, I Lead and managed a project to “Transform CHEP’s brand to a positive image in the customer base” resulting in integration into business-as-usual operations. 3. Co-lead an "Ability 2 Execute" program into the company as our Ways of Working that will ensure people and processes are agile to ensure business transformation.
