I am responsible for product testing of the final assembly of rock crushing equipment and shipping of finished equipment to the customer. Currently, about 25 fitters work under my supervision. I am responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, which include securing final assembly schedules from machine start-up to completion, while ensuring occupational safety. I work on a daily basis in collaboration with many different stakeholders in our organization, such as other manufacturing departments, maintenance, and the quality organization.

I was responsible for testing of truck-mounted platform equipment.There are about 50 different models of lifting platforms, ranging in size from 17 meters up to 112 meters. The testing takes place in two shifts and the testers are 22 test drivers. As the supervisor of the test drive department, I was responsible for safe equipment testing and staying on schedule for testing. I collaborated a lot with our quality and shipping department and we strive to develop functions between our departments to improve delivery security and quality. In addition to the production organization, I collaborated a lot with our external stakeholders.

The most important jobs were as a commissioner of container cranes and project manager, as well as a foreman for foreign labor in the world. In the customer interface, I work as the project progresses until the handover of the equipment. While in Finland, I worked at our development center on various product development projects.

Commissioning / testing of container handling cranes both at the factory and worldwide. The final assembly projects included installation preparations, mechanical and electrical installation, and product commissioning, testing, and delivery to customers around the world. Crane maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work I have been doing in Finland and abroad. While at the factory, I mainly worked on factory testing of container cranes.
