Established the role of PhD Council Support, setting up a framework for PhD representatives at the faculty level to cooperate on university-wide issues and to exchange knowledge and best practices.Chair of the board from autumn 2020 onwards, introduced and hosted several strategy sessions with the board, formalised the working procedures of the organisation for future generations, and managed the transition of GRIN from an association to a foundation.Main project in terms of content was the fight against the PhD scholarship experiment, raising awareness regarding the poor implementation of the project and the negative effects on working relations within the office, coordinating the actions of the various parties involved in this project, and regularly meeting with the graduate school to resolve problems caused by the experiment.
