Samvaad is a short legal magazine that gathers, records and publishes the experiences of people in our profession. So we seek people who have had interesting experiences in any legal pursuit- be it academic or co-curricular or pertaining more directly to the profession itself.Samvaad is about sharing your experiences- as a law student, as a practising lawyer, and as someone climbing up the corporate ladder. In the last five issues, we have chosen a specific theme for every issue, and each of these issues have addressed the theme with experiences that the practitioners of that field have had. While we had erstwhile moot champions writing for our first issue on mooting, Senior Supreme Court advocates and practising lawyers shared their tales for our second issue, which was on litigation, so on and so forth.Now, in taking this idea of sharing experiences to the next level, we're going to launch a website shortly. The website will be a portal to share memories and experiences that you've had in all the things that together make a 'law school life' and a career in law. That also includes things other than jobs, internships, moots and debates. It could be a session of client counselling, your interest in music or art, and yes, your food experiences in the college mess.
