Execute professional cold reference call to provided individuals.

• Proof read proposals and other important outbound documents. Find formatting errors, spelling errors and all other errors that occurred, rectify and return to managers to distribute as necessary. • Enter new company and contact information into BullHorn, placing on appropriate distribution listen as to guarantee contact receives marketing campaigns. • Accurate and timely processing of consultants onboarding documents. Audit for proper documents and completion. Reach out to consultants who were missing documents or had incomplete documents. • Manage the new CPE classes offered to ProNexus consultants. Arrange for consultants to be granted entry into building before hours, parking, and guidance to class location. • Enter reference call feedback into BullHorn, accurately entering all responses and data. • Adhoc reporting as necessary or needed by management at moment’s notice. • All other miscellaneous support as required or desired by management.
