Performing responsibilities of Branch Manager in 6 different branches of VTB Bank Armenia in Yerevan:- Ensure smooth functioning of the branch and follow banking norms- Responsible for monitoring business, compliance and operations- Monitor the branch sales targets. Achieve annual targets for branch set in AOP (Annual operative plan)- Strategize to acquire new accounts and expand existing accounts by offering various financial products and services to the customer and through cross sales.- Discipline, positive attitude, delegation of work in a right manner- Perform leadership role by demonstrating fast decision making and efficient problem-solving attitude.- Responsible for taking decisions that are cost effective and generate revenue.- Contributing with improvement ideas both for branch operations and products' development.- Dealing with escalated Customer complaints and finding innovative solutions to increase Customer satisfaction.- Responsible for KPIs of branch employees- Presenting the branch activity and results to the Management Board.
