I am a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in designing, monitoring, and evaluating health programs in both humanitarian and low-resource settings. Currently pursuing an MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine at the University of Oxford, I hold a Master of Public Health from the American University of Armenia and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from the Armenian National Agrarian University. My career includes significant roles such as Health Field Officer with the International Committee of the Red Cross, where I improved health service delivery in Nagorno-Karabakh, and Public Health Research Associate at the FAST Foundation, where I conducted critical research on assistive technologies. I have also served as Project Coordinator for the Armenian Eyecare Project, contributing to the National Diabetes Mellitus Strategy, and as a Public Health Consultant with the Council of Europe, supporting human rights protection in biomedicine. My work as a Clinical Researcher at Expper Technologies involved designing clinical studies for socially assistive AI-empowered robots, and as Head of Secretariat at the National Institute of Health of the Republic of Armenia, I coordinated the development of the national Health System Strategy. My skills encompass data analysis, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, with proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and R. I am fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian, with intermediate knowledge of French.
