Supervised camp groups, aged twelve and eleven, for four 2-week sessions.Collaborated with up to 5 groups daily to lead sports, active games, arts & crafts, and trivia. Delivered lectures to 23 campers on how to make themselves better through learning identity and mental stability. Collaborated with counselors to ensure safety regulations were standardized and followed across 10 groups. Led mindfulness sessions through paper and pencil activities, including mazes, 100-word word searches, and rebus puzzles, as well as introducing fun facts and asking would-you-rather scenarios to generate thoughtful conversations. Directed conflict management between 10 campers through talking and reconciliation techniques.Volunteered for vacation camp, supervising 24 children for an additional week.Exceeded expectations by coordinating Post Supervision to signout 50 campers and ensure safety during inclement weather.
