Helped bring down supply chain inventory from 65 day of sales to less than 27 days, resulting in almost tripling the inventory turn, over 85% reduction in obsolescence cost, and improving freshness index from a range of 2-8 months, to 0.5 to 2 months.Led the environmental friendly packaging initiative, leading to replacement of over 80% of volume from plastic to paper based. The Govt Initiative frizzled out, but ITC's initiative is still on. -
