• Provide leadership, oversight and guidance to highly-motivated Finance teams in Americas (ex-US), Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions as well as the Global Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE).• Oversight of ~$1B annualised P&L activity.• Assist the CFO/SVP Finance in building the Global Finance Strategy and collaborating on cross-functional and cross-departmental global projects as a Finance Business Partner. Key responsibilities include: - Compliance and risk management of our legal entities (50+ legal entities across 50+ countries) - Implementation of global payment solutions across a global footprint - Setting up new legal entities and operations in new and complex markets - Implementation of new product lines and solutions - Due diligence for capital raises (US$100mil Series A and US$400mil Series B) - Due diligence for business acquisitions (iWorkGlobal and Shield GEO) - Post-acquisition integration of systems, processes and personnel• Actively contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing analysis to support strategic decision-making. Including collaborating cross functionally to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimise resource allocation.• Drive centralisation and standardisation and implementation of internal process controls to improve both the efficiency of processes and quality of financial data.• Accelerate digital transformation through automation of end-to-end finance processes.
