My current role is senior technical staff in the space systems & analysis branch of the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where I apply my aerospace engineering background to address critical challenges in both civil and national security space.Previously, I completed my MS (2020) and PhD (2023) in Aerospace Engineering Sciences at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I was advised by Dr. Hanspeter Schaub and Dr. Bobby Braun. My research focused on improving guidance for aerocapture and planetary entry by better accounting for uncertainty in atmospheric density. I completed my BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering in 2018 at Purdue University. During my education I gained professional experience through a variety of internships and research collaborations, including: NASA JPL, NASA Langley, Sandia National Labs, TU Delft, Altius Space Machines, and Moon Express.I have also received the Matthew Isakowitz Fellowship, Stamps Leadership Scholarship, John A. Vise Award, and the Warren G. Koerner Scholarship. During my undergraduate I held leadership positions with Purdue SEDS and SEDS USA.
