During my time at Silver Eagle Manufacturing I worked with the team of engineers to create an assembly line for their new line of electric delivery bikes. These were being produced in collaboration with an e-commerce company focused on "Last Mile" delivery. My responsibilities in this role included: designing parts for production, updating part drawings and BOM's, creating work instructions for the assembly line, designing custom tools for use in the assembly line, and working with assembly technicians to make sure that they had the tools and parts that they needed.Below is a list of some of my notable tasks while in this role:-Streamlined production line from 1 e-delivery bike per week to an increase of 4 per day-Electric delivery bike testing and validation for use in “Last Mile” delivery for large e-commerce company-Designed wiring harness and production workstation for e-delivery bike line-Designed e-powertrain test bench to test and validate parts before install-Sheet metal design
