Through experiential learning, we support, educate, and embolden the next generation of leaders and global citizens as they make lasting, positive impacts on their communities.Responsible for advising a portfolio of fraternity/sorority chapters, Interfraternity Council, and Multicultural Greek Council. Provides emergent response, ongoing support, and formal accountability for half of the community’s fraternity/sorority facility residents. Supports a variety of department initiatives including assessment direction, student leader training, and leadership development. Supervises one full-time Project Administrator overseeing the university’s student-managed food pantry, outdoor recreational programs, student legal services, local museum agreements, and seasonal civic engagement events.

The mission of the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs is to foster student development by promoting the values of fraternal oaths and rituals.Responsible for all aspects of the university’s fraternity and sorority program including stakeholder engagement, student leader training, chapter and council advising, new chapter recognition, and assessment. Reported directly to the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and supervised three graduate assistants. Developed and managed a $75,000 personnel and programming budget.

The Office of Greek Life is responsible for leadership development, organizational management and general administration for all Greek-letter organizations, Greek honor societies, undergraduate societies and secret societies at Dartmouth College.Coordinated the nation’s oldest, and longest operating, annual evaluation and accreditation of fraternity and sorority chapters. Responded to emergent situations as a member of the university’s on-call and case management team. Managed the university’s social event/alcohol management procedures including approval and training. Provided education on a variety of topics including leadership and risk management. Reported to the Director of Greek Letter Organizations & Societies.
