Coordinated over 100 volunteers, organized and distributed over 20,000 pieces of collateral and promotional items and arranged all the details of the Southwest Airlines float including live music, float riders and a separate group of parade balloons.Supported Marketing Managers by assisting customers' needs, answering questions and handling technical issues. Acted as an inside sales representative for the Southwest Airlines Corporate Business Travel program. Surpassed our team goal of enrolling 288 new companies a year and having them utilize the program over three years.Maintained all aspects of office management including: the office cash and ticket budget, payroll for the office of 11, ordering and stocking the office supplies, Airline ticket order requests and sports/concert ticket requests. Logged and distributed 44 sets of baseball season tickets, 32 sets of NFL tickets and concert venues in 4 cities.

In the busiest airport in the Southwest Airlines system, checked in customers for their flights, checked baggage, sold tickets, and provided the highest levels of customer service. Adjusted and adapted to constantly changing security directives and operating procedures. Offered the highest levels of customer service.Trained new Customer Service Agents to perform their jobs at the highest level. Communicated to other agents the latest technologies, computer formats and security directives. All direct trainees made it through their six month probationary period with flying colors.

Hosted a weekly, one hour High School sports show. A highlight of the show was an exclusive conversation with the coach of the State Champion Basketball team just days after their championship run.Interviewed guests and reported on many local sporting events for For The Record with Joe Hawk and Ron Frazier, the midday sports call-in show on the #2 sports radio station in Las Vegas. Covered the one year run of the XFL, an alternative football league, UNLV athletics, the 2001 NASCAR race in Las Vegas, several championship boxing matches, minor league baseball as well as a Major League Baseball Home Run Derby at the end of spring training.
