In my role as an Engineering Technician, I draft and and aid in design of Protection and Control Packages with design templates, utilizing Bentley MicroStation and Bluebeam Revu. As a client CADD Steering Council Chair, I lead meetings, foster goal and charter creation, provide feedback on client standards, and answer internal team member questions. My role in the MicroStation SME group involves creating training content and sharing it with drafters and designers. I take pride in streamlining processes and have created CADD Tech QA/QC Checklists, ensuring heightened project quality.

As a CADD Technician, I drove excellence in drafting Protection and Control Packages, collaborating with engineers using Bentley MicroStation and Bluebeam Revu. I managed document control and transmittal packages through Bentley ProjectWise. Serving as a member of a client CADD Committee, I reviewed standards, offered feedback, and participated in committee meetings. Within a team, I trained and mentored four new drafters. I created 15+ training guides and videos, showcasing best practices, client standards, and efficiency tools. Leading weekly drafting resourcing meetings and monthly sessions, I facilitated an environment of innovation, best practices, and collaborative discussions.

At Intereum, I played a vital role in Workplace Strategy, submitting RFP responses with detailed specifications and drawings. My proactive approach to business development strengthened customer relations and standards. By evaluating existing client standards, I proposed cost-effective solutions and improved workflow designs, fostering collaboration with multiple departments, vendors, and contractors.

As a Healthcare Designer, I created 2D plans, elevations, and 3D visuals for client reviews. My role entailed detailing product specifications, developing budgets, and final proposals. I excelled in client meetings presenting designs, incorporating feedback, and listening to the needs of each project. Ensuring smooth installation and construction, I developed submittal and installation drawings for contractors. Additionally, I trained new hires in AutoCAD.
