• Working towards qualification for ASC 2024, the foremost Solar Powered Vehicle competition in North America, where student-led teams compete over a 2000km circuit using only solar arrays to power a custom vehicle• Currently designing a PCB using Altium to interface the car’s ECU and Motor Controller by interpreting and translating CAN signals to analog signals using MCP2551 transceiver and STM32 microcontroller.

• Designed and prototyped shock and vibration testing jigs for development of new products, using a piezoelectric accelerometer and signal conditioning. Worked with industry supplier to source parts with requisite specifications.• Wrote computer vision software using OpenCV to improve reliability and control of new development process, resulting in an improvement of 400%+ to process tolerances.• Wrote and maintained firmware in C++ responsible for actuation and control of a new research and development stage process using Teensy microcontroller environment.• Designed and fabricated production fixture to streamline assembly process, driving an increase of 26% in production speed of a major product.
