Work collaboratively with the involved matrixed teams to mature and automate Citi’s Data Leakage Protection and Data Access Governance controls which reduce the risk of accidental or intentional data leakageProvide leadership and guidance for the Data-At-Rest team, who manage assets and deliverables across the departments that support Microsoft O365, Symantec Data Leakage Protection, Veritas Data Insight and Palo Alto Aperture.Coordinate with technology and business to develop and execute project plans and obtain business and technology resource commitment for O365, Veritas Data Insight, Symantec DLP, Palo Alto Aperture, and various global expansion initiatives being onboarded to supplement the data at rest team and the DLP Program as a wholeResource management and as-needed side-by-side interaction of key departmental dependencies (Engineering, Sys Admins, Operations) in-line for development, planning, and implementation of the required adds/moves/changes needed to support and expand the O365, DAR DLP and Data Insight platforms.

■ From the ground up PCI/HIPAA compliant overhaul of an IT system capable of supporting a 1200+ employee behavioral health multi-hospital network, linked by a redundant Cisco-enabled MPLS network.■ IT budgetary planning. Systems lifecycle and retirement planning.■ Overhaul of telecommunications for multiple 80+ handset locations. ■ Hiring, training, and management of multi-hospital encompassing IT support staff structure.■ Reports directly to executive board and owner.■ Project manager and lead on purchasing, planning, and implementation of enterprise-wide, SQL-based, HITECH Act compliant, unified hospital management system.

■ Small office IT support alongside 2 other like employees supporting 1 Small Business Server, several switches, a router, 2 MFPs, and roughly 30-desktop office.■ Bench technician and remote networking/PC helpdesk support for several hundred restaurants. ■ Programming and configuration for Router, proprietary POS devices, and Credit Card terminals for said storefronts.
