I started my career at a family-owned HVAC distributor, where I began by sweeping floors and stocking shelves after high school. During school breaks, while pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Salve Regina University, I continued working there, immersing myself in the industry.After earning my degree, I eagerly embraced the challenge of helping open a new branch in Plymouth, MA, transitioning from parts to equipment sales. Supporting four territory managers, I cultivated relationships with customers based in the area.As the company underwent structural changes, I relocated to the Malden corporate office, providing inside sales support for the engineering department. Here, I collaborated with mechanical engineers on project layouts, handled project quoting, and supported outside sales engineers.A couple years later, I was promoted to Inside Sales Manager. Recognizing the need for improved organization and efficiency, I introduced Zendesk CRM, implementing a streamlined ticketing system and dashboard to enhance customer service and analyze key performance indicators.Progressing to the role of Applied Sales Engineer, I successfully managed existing accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.Seeking new challenges after 13 years, I transitioned to a commercial HVAC contractor as a Project Sales Rep. Despite starting with no book of business, I utilized cold calling and the challenger sales method to secure significant projects, including a $650k contract for a large bank HQ.Unfortunately, due to the impact of COVID-19 in 2020, I was let go. Undeterred, I returned to distribution sales as an outside sales representative, rapidly growing my territory from $1.2M to $3.3M within two years.At the close of 2023, I embarked on a new journey as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager at Bosch Home Comfort. Collaborating with our Manufacturers Rep, I'm dedicated to promoting the Bosch brand through our distribution partners and driving continued success in the Northeast region.
