My role at Indra as senior project manager/deputy programme manager is to support a programme of work, for an air industry related infrastructure project. Indra is working in collaboration with two other organisations delivering an infrastructure design. The project had experienced delays and had not met the early deliverables. The focus of my role is to bring the project back on track in order to successfully deliver the design by the required date. This was achieved by identifying the root cause for the initial delivery failure and rectifying areas such as project processes, applying appropriate resources and realigning the timescales to bring the project back onto an acceptable time line, as well as ensuring full project assurance and QA is adhered to and visible to the customer.

A short term contract to support Avios’s transition from Lotus Notes to Office 365. Avios will be sharing an O365 Tenant, making this more complicated than a standard move from Notes to O365.Managing the day to day activities for both the business and IT departments, as well as the activities of the external partners and Avios Group.

Working as a Snr Project Manager on the HMS Sultan site at Gosport on behalf of HP. I am responsible for a number of high profile projects, with strict security process and direct interaction with the customer. A number of customers are third party to the MOD.The majority of projects are to migrate the application and user data from the current network to the MOD DII(F) network working with the client and the ATLAS project teams. Where necessary, I also have to provide access to applications not being migrated.
