Head of Marketing for DHL's Global Energy sector, led, advised and executed, in line with DHL's overall marketing strategy, on thought leadership and customer engagement for DHL’s Energy sector customers. Oversaw and implemented the communication strategy and internal communications and engagement with cross-business unit Energy sector community, with the aim to ensure knowledge transfer and idea development across the DHL Group, achieving a 50% increase in engagement in APAC/EMEA and 75% increase in the Americas.Working in the Customer Solutions and Innovation group, which services DHL's top 100 global customers, planned, including agenda development, and delivered 6 customer engagement conferences across geographies including US (Global Energy Conference), APAC and EMEA, delivering excellent customer satisfaction with bespoke knowledge sharing, collaboration and engagement.On digital platforms, executed social media outreach as part of the DPDHL Digital Influencer Program, including regular alignment planning sessions and onboarding to the program. Developed thought leadership concepts and series for content for platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter, and DHL specific outlets including Delivered Blog, internal news (CSI, MyNet, Energy News), including developing video content (concept, script, conducting interviews, coordinating filming and production) for conferences and social media use.Advised Energy Sector Senior Management Team on marketing and communications related topics and actively contributed to other marketing strategy development and activity to further engage DHL's global customer base customers and internal community. Actively contributed to internal marketing and sales team initiatives and development opportunities.
