As the Operations Manager and proud owner of Pathways to Care, I lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional support and resources for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to assist people with disability to build their capacity and fulfil their life goals. With a background in Occupational Therapy and extensive experience working internationally, including the UK, I bring a unique perspective to my role. My journey has fueled my passion for disability advocacy and has instilled in me a deep commitment to fostering inclusive environments.Currently pursuing an MBA at Deakin University, I am dedicated to expanding my skill set and leveraging business acumen to drive positive change and inclusion for all. I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals who share my dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.Outside of work, you will find me on the golf course, (slowly) renovating our house, or traveling to see as much of Australia and the world as I can.
