After 5 years of study, I completed my Chiropractic qualifications, which include a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science followed by a Master of Chiropractic. Since graduating, I gained experience working in an Integrated multimodal health clinic in Circular Quay, where I learned the value of co-managing patients with other professions to help people return to their optimal health and achieve all of their health and fitness goals.This experience inspired me to Co-Found Absolute Health Solutions, where we aim to fulfill the 5 essentials of maximized living.1. Minimized ToxinsI have a special interest in sports injury prevention and management and I am currently the Club Chiropractor for Brookvale FC working directly with their Premier League squad.I not only treat spinal and sports injuries, but also deal with numerous musculoskeletal conditions, with further interest in the treatment of conditions of the TMJ (the Jaw) as well as chronic shoulder and knee conditions.I utilize a variety of techniques including specific gentle joint adjustments & mobilisations, activator, orthopaedic blocking and soft tissue techniques including massage and Trigenics (A Neuromuscular therapy used to relieve pain, accelerate healing and strengthen muscles).I am a practitioner that believes in a holistic approach to patient care, with the aim to improve your health and lifestyle via chiropractic care combined with advice and education regarding exercise, nutrition & stress management.
