Started designing chatbots for clients as early as 2018 when Chat Marketing wasn't even heard of in Malaysia. I've implemented chatbots that have generated over 7 million sales. Co-founded The Crunch in 2019 to help companies leverage automation to get more sales and leads. We aim for businesses to grow faster and better with scale-based personalised communication.

Design, strategise and optimised Chatbot flow

- Attend solutioning presentations to provide product knowledge and consultancy to customers.- Prepare business proposal and align with the technical team and sales team to produce the proposal.- Create customer journey to help the customer to visualise our solution better.- Actively brainstorm on new possible product feature and values that it brings to customers, communicate with the software development team on requests and follow-up on the development progress.- Manage stakeholder's expectation on product development work and timeline.- Meetup with new and current customers to gather feedback on new business ideas- Organise and manage marketing activities and events- Manage company website and leads generated via the website.- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Study and understand the products available within the company to help evaluate the right product fit for different project environment. Coordinate with procurement, finance and warehouse team to ensure the internal documentation and processes are in place. Ensuring the goods delivery to the project team are timely managed. Vendor management is also under my portfolio as well as project budget management.

Responsible for running the monthly payroll for a banking customer in Malaysia and Singapore. In addition to running the usual monthly payroll, I assisted in enhancing the payroll system by involved heavily in daily testing activities. Responsible for generating and updating testing result reports for the developer team. Assisted the helpdesk team in answering customer's inquiries and solve cases raised.

Responsible for checking and understanding the data submitted by Motorola employees and ensure system captures the updated data that will be interfaced to the payroll system. Occasionally involved in training new hires and assist in system testing and new data grouping.
