Study and understand the products available within the company to help evaluate the right product fit for different project environment. Coordinate with procurement, finance and warehouse team to ensure the internal documentation and processes are in place. Ensuring the goods delivery to the project team are timely managed. Vendor management is also under my portfolio as well as project budget management.

Responsible for running the monthly payroll for a banking customer in Malaysia and Singapore. In addition to running the usual monthly payroll, I assisted in enhancing the payroll system by involved heavily in daily testing activities. Responsible for generating and updating testing result reports for the developer team. Assisted the helpdesk team in answering customer's inquiries and solve cases raised.

Responsible for checking and understanding the data submitted by Motorola employees and ensure system captures the updated data that will be interfaced to the payroll system. Occasionally involved in training new hires and assist in system testing and new data grouping.
