- Lead a team of 60 digital professionals in the EY Digital team to deliver exceptional client service on projects that create a better working world.- Orchestrated the harmonization of systems, processes and commercials of Adelphi Digital to EY- Led the pursuit and delivery of multi-million agile digital transformation programmes for key government accounts across technology platforms (Sitecore, Sitefinity, Outsystems, AWS and Azure).

- Lead and managed a team of 5 divisions consisting of 60 digital professionals - Strategized and executed company strategy, recruitment, lead generation and new/repeat business delivery- Responsible for meeting and growing the revenue target for the Singapore business.- Responsible for meeting and growing sales and client satisfaction targets.- Responsible for managing partnerships with Sitecore and Sitefinity- Secured and grew key government bulk tenders responsible for the generation of 70% of the Singapore business - Planned and integrated the Singapore business during the acquisition into EY
